About Us

DFC PHARMAMED (DFCP) is a wholly owned and operated Australian manufacturing company

• DFCP was formed in November 2006 when Pharmamed aquired DFC Thompson Pty Ltd who had been in operation since 1979
• Combining the two companies into DFC Pharmamed brought together skills and capabilities which were complementary with no major overlaps, creating a much more flexible company
• By adding additional equipment DFCP will continue to increase its range of capabilities
• The combined operation continues to be located at Thornleigh in Sydneys northern suburbs easily accessible from the M2/M7 and F3
• Products are manufactured, packed and supplied to Pharmaceutical, complementary health, veterinary, cosmetic, health food/supplements and dairy businesses
• Facilities within the manufacturing plant have recently been extensively updated with new services and equipment. Dehumidification, dust extractors, bottle packing of tablets and hard or soft capsules, blister packing and cartonning of tablets and hard or soft capsules and sachet packaging equipment have been installed.

Confidentiality – DFCP does not manufacture or market any products of its own and guarantees customers market security and confidentiality at all times whilst also avoiding potential customer conflict.
